Selene is a Queer, Afro Latinx, Racial Equity Advocate living in Los Angeles, CA. Most of her career has been spent working with Black and Latinx folks at different capacities from accessing community resources to campaigning for better housing.

She’s deeply passionate about movement building, coaching, and supporting people in implementing racial equity in the work they do.

As a community organizer at heart, Selene learned that individual and community transformation is rooted in relationship building and courageous conversations. When she’s not working she is organizing book clubs and community meetings, dancing the night away, or inventing new recipes with her partner.
